If a plumbing fault or urgent property problem cannot wait, call Espley's Construction. We'll ask what has happened, give immediate advice where possible and arrange the quickest practical response across Ashford and surrounding areas of Kent.
If there is immediate danger to life or a serious fire, call 999. For a gas emergency, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

The appropriate call-out charge is confirmed when you contact us. It includes attendance and the first hour of labour.

Materials and replacement parts are charged separately. If a permanent repair cannot be completed during the call-out, we will explain the options and agree any further work with you first.
